Quality and documentation your QA team can rely on
Retail quality teams need evidence before a product is listed. Every offer comes with a documentation pack for the product and the site that produces it.
Documentation with every offer
Documents are collected before the offer is made, so your quality team can review them alongside the price and the samples.

How we qualify a product
Before a product is offered to a retail customer, it goes through four checks.
Certificate review
We check the producing site's certificates and recent audit reports for the category.
Sample testing
Samples are checked against the agreed specification, with laboratory analysis where the category requires it.
Written specification
The approved specification becomes the reference for every production run.
Batch control
Each batch is checked before shipment and delivered with its certificate of analysis.
EU rules by category
Each category follows its own EU framework. Labels, claims and documents are checked against it for every destination market.
