This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools. The sourcing request form does not store anything on our servers: it opens your own email app, and we only receive what you choose to send.
When you email us, we process your name, company, job role, business contact details and the content of your message.
Why we use it
We use this data to answer your request, prepare offers and manage the business relationship with your company. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and, where an agreement follows, the performance of that agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep business correspondence for as long as needed for the relationship and to meet our legal retention obligations under Dutch law, after which it is deleted.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are served from this website itself, not from third parties.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to its use. Send your request to [email protected]. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
